How is Child Support Determined?
In Illinois, for most parents, child support is calculated according to a formula based on "net income," as that term is defined by statute. Daycare and medical expenses are also often taken into account in determining the amount of child support. We can help you calculate and then obtain the child support you should receive or pay.
